Chassis Design and Manufacturing

At Salvatech chassis are designed by qualified mechanical engineers and in compliance with all applicable Australian Design Rules (ADR's), Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.

3D modelling and FEA software is used during the design process to ensure the quality and durability of our products.

All records of assemblies and components are recorded in a MRP data management system to ensure quality control and traceability.

Fabrication and Welding

All welding and fabrication is carried out by qualified boilermakers and in strict compliance with AS4100 and AS1554.
